Who We Are
Dunamis is a church family built around freedom and activation. “Dunamis” is the Greek word for power — the power of the Holy Spirit at work in ordinary people.
We believe the Christian life is not meant to be lived at a distance. As people are set free, they learn to recognize God's voice, discover the gifts He has placed in them, and begin to live out the works of Jesus in everyday life.
That's why we make room for the Holy Spirit when we gather, and why we keep sending people back out into their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

We gather people to encounter Jesus, we grow together in spiritual family, we equip people to understand and live the Kingdom, we create space for the Holy Spirit to activate people, and then we send them out to make disciples.
